Self-Installation, Product Support & Warranty

BEFORE YOU INSTALL

We strongly recommend professional installation of vehicle electronics and retrofit products. All modules are tested extensively before dispatch. Correct fitting and vehicle compatibility are important, and installation work should be carried out safely.

DOCUMENT YOUR INSTALLATION

If you install a product yourself or use a third-party installer, please take clear photos and videos throughout the process, including the original setup, wiring and connections, each installation stage, and the final setup. Keep this record along with your order details. If you later ask us to troubleshoot an issue, our team needs to see the relevant details to understand what has happened and advise you. Missing documentation may mean further checks, including revisiting parts of the installation, are needed before we can help.

PRODUCT SUPPORT

Our technical team provides product support by email only. We can offer limited initial help by phone, but technical troubleshooting that needs a product engineer must be passed to the email-based team. When contacting us, please include your order number, vehicle details, a description of the issue, and clear photos and videos of the installation and fault.

INSTALLATION AND WARRANTY

Our voluntary product warranty is not provided for self-installation by an unregistered individual. An exception applies if you are a registered professional audio shop or auto electrician carrying out the installation yourself. If a third-party professional installs the product, the product warranty remains valid, subject to its terms. Please keep a copy of the installer’s receipt as proof of professional installation.

Incorrect installation, damage caused during fitting, misuse, modification and third-party interference are not covered under our existing warranty terms. Warranty terms vary by product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

REPORTING A FAULT OR MAKING A CLAIM

Please contact us through our website contact or aftersales form with your order number and a clear description of the issue. Provide clear, sufficient photos and videos showing the fault, the installed unit and its connections, and any relevant stages of the installation. This evidence helps us assess the issue and distinguish a product fault from an installation or compatibility issue. If a professional installed the product, please also keep and provide a copy of their receipt for a warranty claim.

If the evidence does not show enough to identify the cause, we may ask for further details, checks or an inspection. We assess reported faults and claims in line with the applicable warranty terms and law.
