It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct product is ordered.

VEEHIVE is not responsible for incompatibility caused by incorrect vehicle details supplied by the customer.

CUSTOM AND VEHICLE-SPECIFIC PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Products and services configured, prepared, modified, or carried out specifically for a vehicle are considered custom or vehicle-specific.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Android screens
• Linux screens
• CarPlay and Android Auto retrofit modules
• Wiring harnesses and retrofit kits
• Vehicle-specific ambient lighting kits
• Custom steering wheels or modified steering wheels
• Digital instrument clusters and cluster upgrades
• Coding, programming, activation, or software services once carried out

Custom and vehicle-specific products and completed services:

• Cannot be cancelled once processing or preparation has begun
• Are non-returnable unless faulty

PRICING AND PAYMENT

• All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise
• Prices may change without notice
• Payment must be completed before orders are processed

Approved payment methods are shown at checkout.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

• Admin fees may apply where costs have already been incurred

Liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact VEEHIVE first to attempt resolution of any issue.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, VEEHIVE may submit evidence including:

• Order details
• Delivery confirmation
• Communication history

Abuse of dispute systems may result in refusal of future orders.
