RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Return Requests
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, items must be returned promptly.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unused and uninstalled
• In original packaging
• Complete with all accessories and parts
• In resalable condition
Items showing signs of installation, use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging may be refused or subject to a deduction.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using tracked postage.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or incorrect, we do not accept returns for any custom or vehicle-specific products or services, including but not limited to:
• Android replacement screens
• Linux touchscreen systems
• Apple CarPlay and Android Auto retrofit modules
• Vehicle-specific wiring harnesses and retrofit kits
• Vehicle-specific ambient lighting kits
• Custom or modified steering wheels
• Digital instrument clusters and cluster upgrades
• Any coding, programming, activation, or software services once carried out
• Built to order or customised products prepared specifically for a vehicle
• Installed or used items
• Digital products or services
• Items marked as final sale
Change of Mind Returns (Eligible Items Only)
For items that are not custom or vehicle-specific, change of mind returns may be accepted if all return conditions are met.
Restocking fees apply:
• Orders £0+, 15% fee
• Orders £150+, 20% fee
• Orders £300+, 25% fee
Restocking fees cover processing, handling, and original shipping costs and are deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
Incorrect Items Ordered
If you ordered the wrong item:
• Return shipping is your responsibility
• Restocking fees apply
• We recommend contacting us before ordering to confirm compatibility with your vehicle
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your item is faulty or you received an incorrect product:
• Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video of the issue
• We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation
