UK and International Shipping

• UK delivery is free of charge
• International delivery is a flat rate of £50

If shipping to your destination exceeds £50, you will be contacted and billed for the additional amount before dispatch.

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Stock Availability and Delivery Timeframes

We hold stock in the UK for many popular models including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, and MINI.

Some products are built to order or prepared specifically for your vehicle and system type.

Delivery timeframes vary by product:

• In-stock UK items usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days
• Standard items usually arrive within 3 to 10 working days
• Built to order or vehicle-specific items may take up to 2 weeks or longer to arrive

Delivery timeframes include processing, preparation, and shipping.

Order Processing and Updates

Orders may move through stages such as:

• Order received
• Processing or preparation
• Dispatched

Customers may receive email updates during this process.

Tracking details are provided once the order has been shipped.
For built to order items, tracking may be issued later in the delivery window while the item is being prepared.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or non-collection, additional delivery charges may apply to resend the item.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Keep all packaging and provide photos where possible

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not started
• Built to order or vehicle-specific items cannot be cancelled once preparation or production has begun
• Admin fees may apply where costs have already been incurred
