We fit at 10 locations across the UK, with mobile engineers who come to your home or work and partner workshops you can visit. Your factory screen, controls and sound system all stay as they are.

How it works

1. Choose "With UK Professional Installation Service" when you order your kit.
2. 24 hours after you order, we send you your engineer's details so you can book a slot. All fittings are by appointment only.
3. Your engineer fits it at their workshop, or comes to you if they're mobile.

Call-out fees

• Workshop visits: no call-out fee.
• Mobile engineers: free within 5 to 10 miles of their base, then £20 plus £1.20 per mile. We cover up to 50 miles.
• London mobile: £85 plus £1.50 per mile there and back, up to 20 miles.
• Orders over £1,500: free call-out.

Want to avoid the call-out fee? You can meet the engineer somewhere safe inside their free zone, like a shopping centre car park or a friend's house. Just tell us when you book.

Not near one of our engineers?

You can use any professionally trading auto electrician or car audio business and your warranty still stands, as long as you keep their invoice and photos or videos of the fit. See the full third-party fitting policy.
